Reservation – Deposit – Cancellation
Once your reservation is confirmed, we guarantee our services after reception of a deposit of 50% of the total invoice. The balance is payable upon arrival.

In case of cancellation by you, the agency will be forced to withhold:
- More than 30 days before the service, 15% of the total bill
- 30 to 15 days before the service: 25% of the total bill
- 14 to 08 days before the service: 50% of the total bill
- 08 to 02 days before the service: 75% of the total bill
- Less than 2 days before the service: 100% of the total bill
